any idiot can see the snake is clearly in distress why did they not pull over and let the poor creature get off.

Jesus thats rough! Youre right, that snake was definitely panicked! Im sure the same people wouldnt have kept driving with a cat or a dog on the bonnett - its a strange distinction to make.

Well they'd probably have noticed if there were a dog or cat on the car, whereas the snake was hidden. Ever been on an Interstate highway? If you tried to pull over there'd be 5 cars smashed into the back of you in short order.

Pulling over on a highway in America is a deathwish.

Is there no hard shoulder on American highways? Surely they could have gotten over to the shoulder and pulled in.

Fúcking thick idiots, they had plenty of time to remove that snake. I've driven on the Interstate network and they would have had no problem pulling over to get rid of the snake.

I fail to understand why thread title is "****** american family"???

Also, if that f***king snake was on my car, I'd make sure it fell off before I stopped anywhere!

    Haven't you seen Road Wars!?

Pulling over on American highway = certain chance of drunk driver crunching into your car.

    Or "Breakdown" ?

Pulling over on American highway = 90% chance of J.T. Walsh, Jack Noseworthy and a bunch of D list actors specialising in redneck eccentricities kidnapping your wife!

Won't SOMEBODY think of Kurt Russell?

Cop on , for God's sake!
