    Helloo,

    I have a 1.9 TDI 105 BHP Leon that I am thinking of getting remapped..... Any advice? Some say stay away others say go for it...Confused!

    A remap up to 130 BHP will do it no harm. Talk to this man he knows everything about remapping VAG cars..

    I had a remap on a Vectra CDTi to 205bhp.. not one problem - 15,000 miles plus and 55 mpg.

    Get a remap though... not an EBAY plug in box.

    autoremap.ie are another..

    in fact they're doing a group deal on bmw-driver.net for €250 which is excellent.

    These guys get plenty of recommendations here, and I have no axe to grind with them, but their website is worth having a look at, particularly the FAQ concerning warranties.

    It's pretty dodgy imho.
