On the off chance one or hopefully more of you ,have seen or know a bit about this model of tractor.
i'm not 100% sure which of the 3 manufacturers this tractor comes from ?
i was told its a Newman AN3,But Singer also produced 1,as did OTA.
As far as i know the Newman had a choice of engines in 1948/9 the years they were manufactured,

the newman engine was a 10.5 h.p. or an optional 12 h.p. Coventry Victor air-cooled petrol engine. An improved three-wheeled Newman WD 2 with a Coventry Victor water-cooled single cylinder diesel engine appeared in 1949.
The OTA Tractor OTA and the Singer Singer The engine was a Ford E93A side valve unit that had the less common 1324 firing order.

Now this is where the problem of identification comes in, as mine has the Ford E93A Engine,i doubt very much if the engine was changed, but i can't rule it out.

so if any of you can be of help i would be absolutely delighted, perhaps one of you even have one ?

below are a few pics of mine ,its in a sorry state ,but i see potential there, and a lot of searching.

I have one like that, it's a rolly-wheels RW11, my kids have it just as wrecked as you do. They don't really last, do they? (Bit before my time on the technical bits, sorry)

excellent,i would be inclined to agree with you,i was told it was a newman when i bought it,but the engine in the OTA and Singer had the side valve ford engine, where as the Newman had the aircooled engine,i would be delighted to see some pics, thanks.
