    Hello i have really got into airsoft and i was just wondering what gun to buy i was going to buy the ak47 spetsnaz beta off main irish airsoft website so any idea?

    The best gun to buy is, in this order:
    1.) The one you like the look of
    2.) The best performing out of the ones you like the look of
    3.) The best performing one that you like the look of, that you can afford.

    Airsoft is a strange little hobby/sport. There is a large fantasy/escapism part to it, that really is the crux of the issue. People strive for more realistic looking, feeling and sounding replicas, and build loadouts to suit playing style, or to suit a certain model (i.e. load outs modeled after very specific units, soldiers etc).

    As such, I find it pertinent to use guns you like, rather than just settling. At the end of the day, they all fire 6mm plastic BBs. Some do it more effectively than others, and some look a lot nicer than others. You may as well go for one you really want, instead of just settling for something.

    Have a browse online, and have a look in domestic stores. That way you can literally have a look/feel of the various replicas out there, and see what you want to go for
