Carpenter/painter in clonmel

I need to get someone to place 2 roughly 4 foot pieces of skirting board(which i dont have) down in one of those new housing estates on the cashel rd clonmel-ard na sidhe. The upstairs shower leaked a little so i need a painter to put in a little filler and re-paint the ceiling? Both jobs are tiny and i'd imagine…
