Gaggia Titanium Leaking Lots of Water in tray - no steam or hot water in wand

    Hello Gaggia Fans,
Anyone ever experienced this problem: My Titaniumn Plus makes coffee just fine. However when you dispense hot water, nothing comes out of the wand. Instead, the water comes out of the spout/drain area into the center tray. As long as the knob is on, the water continues to gush out of the drain area. The water is coming out hot to the touch in the dredge drawer/tray.
When you turn the steam on, nothing comes out either. The machine continues to show "Steam" as long as the knob is turned on.

    Here is what I've tried:
-Took it apart and got to the steam valve and made sure the leak is not in the steam hose. If it were the steam hose, then the water would probably leak more to the side of the unit and closer to the wand.

-Cleaned the spout, drain area, brew cup, and followed all the troubleshooting instructions on this link: http://www.wholelattelove.com/tips.cfm?TipID=12808&itemID=699&page=1&tcid=6
    to no avail.

FYI, this is not a problem with "ventilate". I've had the "ventilate" msg issue before but there was no leak at that time. This is the 3rd or 4th time I have a problem with this machine. I like the convenience but it's not very reliable at all. It seems every 3-4 mths there's something new to repair :-(

    Thanks for all your help.
    Max
