Yesterday I was using my ipod to watch youtube videos (useless as it is for that) but it stopped loading all of a sudden and then my internet stopped working. The ipod asked me to enter my router code, so I did and it said it was wrong. It DEFINITELY wasn't wrong. Then I checked if it was still working on the PlayStation 3 and of course it wasn't. This is obviously caused by a problem with my wireless. Weird thing is the ipod is still picking up the connection, it just says I'm entering the wrong password. The internet still works on the PC so something is working....

WTF AM I SUPPOSED TO DO!? I'm not so good with compoopers or **** like that. I tried yelling at my ipod and playstation and it didn't work :(

To me it sounds like someone has changed the password on your router. I'm guessing the PC is connected via cable. From the PC, login to the router and check what the password is.

And if you are using WEP, upgrade it to WPA.

Checking the password via PC is the very first thing I did. I will look into this WPA thing.

Someone changed your Router password alright.

I assume your ComPutter is connected via Ethernet Cable?

Assuming you can't access the router configuration you need to perform a manual reset at the box and follow the setup instructions online. Upgrade your security protocol to WPA or higher and do yourself one better by disabling Remote Administration - meaning nobody on the wireless will be allowed to change your settings, only your PC on the ethernet cable will be permitted.

You should also change the administration password on the router.

See, I'm not so sure my password has changed. I checked the password on the PC and it's the same as the one I was putting into the ipod and ps3.
