I'm using a netgear router and my upload speeds are almost non existent, browsing on the net is sluggish and I cannot upload photos or files to anywhere. This has only happened in the last week or so.

All the speedtest websites freeze on the upload test. My direct downloads are fine, full steam ahead as usual.

All computers/laptops in the house are affected.

I have done lots of virus scans - nothing.

Network usage is not showing anything strange.

I have rebooted the router and switched it on and off a few times.

I have changed my DNS servers to googles one.

... and still have no upload speed.

    Any ideas?

what upload speed are you syncing at ? what speed are you supposed to be getting ? what ISP?

I don't know what you mean by syncing...

I also don't know the exact upload speed I'm supposed to be getting but it definitely shouldn't be as low as 0.01mbps.

I'm with UTV. And I'm not calling them because they have a f*king thick 1890 number. That's my last resort.

well check your router stats and it should show an upload / download sync.
