I am not sure that he expects, or ever expected, to become President.

What I do know is that he loves the sound of his own voice.

Is he the first example of a political troll, or have there been others in the past?

We already have threads on Norris. We have someone claiming to be Norris in the politics forum. We'll leave it at that.
