District court problems

Hi i have a problem my ex took out a barring order against me after we split up and i broke the order when she stopped me seen the kids for 3 months i know it was a stupid thing to do now i have moved on and in a new relationship but the problem i am having is with the judge in the family law and district court he is totally against me i have being to court 4 times in this year alone over my ex stopping access to allow me to see the kids even tho i am still paying her 100 euro a week maintenance . the judge has done nothing about it all he says is that you have to let him see the kids and the next week she breaks the order again and i have to go back in again also this girl has my stuff over 5000 euro tv laptops etc and i cant do anything or get anywhere ..now she has went to the garda and told them lies that i spat at her and i got arrested and taken to court to yes the same judge my solicitor told me that this judge does not like you and will not near your evidence and you wont get a fair trial in this court and asked the judge to move it to the high court as it plain and simple the judge dislikes me also it has come to lite that the garda is a cousin of my ex and him and the judge are best mates so i want to know is that can i get my case heard in a different court under a different judge for all matters as this judge is not doing anything for me at all or who do i contact about his behavior any help anyone can give me would be great ..

I have been to the family courts in the past and i know what your going trew, Before i got to speak in the stand it was so anti man anti man, men are bad, im still to this day trying to figure out why it took the courts 2 years to hear my case, I took the case after the child was born and i never got to see the child cos the mother was with another man so i had to pay the price, i didnt do antin wrong and it wasnt possible to do antin wrong cos i had no contact with the mother,

I was so suprised in how i was treated because of my gender, i had no contact with the mother so they couldnt pin antin on me.

When i got in to the stand i was told i used force on the mother, I was so shaken i wanted the floor to open up with the shock that gave me,

I am no longer angry with the mother but i can tell you i have so much anger with the district court, people dont seem to understand that some day a father is going to snap in theses courts with anger like the guy in norway.

ya very true indeed but can we take the case to a different court and judge as i am getting no where with the judge at all and he keeps going with my ex i did say once in court that if she stops me seen my kids again i wont pay maintenance he told me he would send me to prison if i didnt pay i said send her to prison if she stops me seen my kids so he just didnt listen to it at all i now want to take it to the circuit court or high court to get this sorted out

Access and maintenance are separate issues so it's never advised to stop maintenance payments once an order is in place, even where access is being blocked. Judges are inclined to imprison fathers who do not pay maintenance.

You need to consult your solicitor in this matter. If you are not happy with the order the judge made, you can appeal it and you will appear before a different judge. Your solicitor will know how to do this and if he doesn't, then you should get a new solicitor.

thanks i will be talking to her on tuesday but i have the same judge for both family law and criminal case so he goes against me in all matters

Try your best to be humble and smile instead of looking angry, Worked for me cos the judge will be afraid of you seen the child if you dont look calm, its the sad fact of it,

if you break all contact with the mother for a few weeks she will give in and contact you cos she will feel her power over you is slipping, trust me the less you contact them and the longer you take to reply works a treat, remember when the power slips your in the driven seat.

I did it and i was very supprised how much she kept texting me, i see my kid now anytime i want and hate to say it but maybe even to much lol, when women see you lost interest in them it hits home and they try fix it.

My point is if you appeal matters from the District Court, the appeal is heard in the Circuit Court and will be before a different judge. So there is no chance of getting the same judge.

what i find really mad in this country is urone in the dail that got called miss piggy and its called sexism.

She would want to go to the family courts and see what sexism is for real.

I really feel bad for you and what the system is doing to you based on your gender.

Before you even went to court your life was already planned out by the courts.

your not alone its pure anti men, men are bad, oh theirs another man lets give him the same treatment.
