BBC1 HD on Sky - Help please!

I've a Sky HD box and have done the deleting on channels in extra channels to BBC HD back on 143. My question is whether I can get BBC1 HD back now??

No you can't, the sky box won't let you add it again once deleted as you cannot enter the requored parameters.
