Thetford cassette light staying on....

    Light decided to stay on on my cassette toilet..it goes off when cassette is removed so proximity switch picking up signal when cassette reinstalled. Just wondering if there is a common problem with something sticking within the cassette...

    yup , the crud can cause it to stick . Give it a good clean and de-scaling.
