Hi all, Just looking at job advertisements and many state that SAP software experience is a must. Is it really that hard to use or are employers just milking it in the recession?

Don't know what you mean by the above.

However, if SAP or any other ERP system experience is desired then they are asking if you can jump right in and work without training. Seems a reasonable enough request.
