You have to purchase as a NEW customer.
It states on Meteor site (Don't worry, the price of the phone is the same for both) but you don't get Fat cheese bonus if u purchase as an existing customer. {whether you are or not }

I bought a Meteor phone for €15 in March and got €15 cashback from Fatcheese but it took till July for them to pay up. Good offer but they were very slow to pay

I did this on Sunday and it still not there today (Tuesday), and I don't mean it's there and 'Pending' I mean it's not there at all, no record.

this happened with Vodafone back in June, Fatcheese made an announcment on its site letting customers know of the cashback changes a week or so, this time they changed it without announcment

Shame for the users who are 5€ lesser becasue of it.

In my personal experience the phone I feel is not worth even a 5€,
$hity build, no camera, no option to take memory card, no blutooth. thats just my personal experience, each to there own!

Link beside the phone states there is €40 credit free with the phone, even if it is the stupid €5 per month credit it still eases the pain of lack of features.

Update: When I bought my phone the offer had changed to €15 cashback.
17 days later no sign of it on my statement, so I opened a claim.
2 days after opening the claim it has been settled and now for some reason I'm gettin €20 cashback, thanks again to the OP

I got mine today and just want to confirm that the current batch still is not locked to any specific network or branded in any way. It's a very basic and incredibly small phone, which is exactly what I was looking for. And all for €5 once fatcheese goes through. Thanks OP!

No, it doesn't. It comes with a proprietary charger, the plug of which is a good bit wider than micro-USB.
