So I have this American girl on my facebook. She's a Republican, but more of a moderate type and is overall a nice person. Now, facebook in it's usual tradition linked me to a conversation that she was engaged in on one of her friend's pages on my feed. When it's her posting the status, I can usually interject in her conversations and get a laugh off some of the responses of her friends. In this case, it was her friend's status, so I could only view it, rather than interjecting. So I popped over for a glance, and my mind was blown with some of the responses to the status.

The status started off with one of her friends stating, Let's call him Sam:

So in runs an honourable Christian-Conservative, Tea-Party veteran to defend the principles of the Republican party. Let's call him "Lunatic".

So I pop over onto this guy's Facebook page to get a better profile of him.

His political views weren't listed in the usual one or two-word description that we use. Oh no..

Political Views: SUPER, DUPER, UBER, ULTRA-RIGHT WING, CONSERVATIVE, HETEROSEXUAL HAILING, FIRE ARM FLAILING, PRO-LIFE EMBRACING, MAN & WOMAN MARRIAGE PROMOTING, BIG GOVERNMENT DESPISING, TAX SHRINKING, ISRAEL PROTECTING, GOD & COUNTRY LOVING (JUDEO-CHRISTIAN), D.A.D.T ADVERTISING, MILITARY UPHOLING, CONSTITUTIONAL EMBRACING AMERICAN

He then offers some advice in his quotes

He then goes onto list his accomplishments (Just incase being a God-fearing Christian wasn't enough)

In 06' was State Director for a U.S. Senate campaign in W.Va., 07' Political Director for a Va. State Senate Campaign and Congressional (Field Rep), 08' Executive Director for the Virginia Conservative Leadership Conference and Field Representative for the McCain/Palin Presidential, 09' State Director for Virginia Faith & Freedom and Political Director for a Supervisor campaign, etc

It's crazy to think that his ilk still exist today, and have actually worked a moderately high-levels in the US political scene. Even crazier to think that his wet-dream, Michelle Bachmann has a shot at becoming the next US President.

Everyone should add a Tea-bagger on Facebook. Just for the conversations alone. I've debated people who believed we walked with Dinosaurs 6000 years ago, and people who think that God created aids to stop homosexuality. Go find your very own Tea-bagger today, and you too can have hours of endless humour.
