Parental Leave and resignation

    Hi

    I am starting my parental leave soon.

    At the moment, I am also negotiating with another employer for a job.

    Can I resign from my current job while on parental leave in case if I get a better job opportunity ?

    What are the rules and regulations in this regard ?

    Any advice will be highly appreciated
