Old Phones for Charities.

There are a few charities that take your old phones off your hands. I know Jack & Jill Foundation and Bernardos.

But where do you deposit them? For some reason I'm thinking my local library but eh, that might not be the case. I've a few here that I want to get rid of.

    Any ideas?

Local bank probably has a collection bucket yoke. There's a post office collection point AFAIK.

I've seen them in my credit union, so maybe try your local one?

Local CU or sometimes they put freepost envelopes in the newspapers. Some bigger companies also have the charity recycling bins for employees to use.

Some recycling centres collect them for charities. My local one collects them for the Jack & Jill Foundation. In my local one there was not an actual bin out in the main recycling area (to prevent them going "walkies") - instead you simply ask a member of staff and they'll place it in the bin in the office.

I've heard of some offices and schools having special bins as well.
