money lost in cyber space??

I just set up a paypal account, i have a current and a business acc with aib,
I sent money from my business account to the paypal account but it hasnt arrived there yet, though its been debited from the business acc.

I just re-read the ''topping up'' section on the paypal page and noticed it says u must have the same name as the payal acc, so maybe because my business acc name is the name of my business and not my actual name that it wouldn't go through,(although it should be linked to my name somewhre in the details of it im sure) ...

so where is the money gone exactly????

I would advise to contact PayPal directly if you think there's an issue with the money not landing in your account. They can be contacted on 1890 943 220, Monday to Sunday. I think they're open until 9pm tonight.

If you sent it ibb internet banking it could take 2 or 3 days to go through.

It usually takes 2-3 days from AIB online. Its too early to get worried, but the name thing might be an issue.

Yeah it takes a while from your personal account to paypal. I've waited five working days before getting the confirmation email to say it's been transferred. But if you ring paypal they should be able to see the pending transaction.
