24 Tuborg & 5% beer for 50c

    24 Tuborg for €20 in Lidl and my local Superquinn had Euroshopper beer for 50cent a can it's 5%. Haven't drank either so haven't a clue what they'er like

    I quite like Tuborg. Never used to drink it until I went to a music festival in roskilde, Denmark, which was sponsored by it. Couldn't buy any other beer at it so was forced to acquire a taste!

    Thanks for the tip. You should try it out. Definitely not a bad beer and above the other usual cheap brands. For that price, well worth it.

    Tuborg is a decent beer. It is the biggest selling brand in Denmark. It is rare to see Carlsberg is a Danish pub.

    every pub i was in had carslberg and carlsberg Extra on draught and bottles

    but tuborg is made by carslberg, its nice enough

    You'll find it in the likes of the Irish pubs in Copenhagen alright as well in tourist areas, but not in pubs that ordinary Danes frequent.

    The tuborg you get here is brewed under licence by guinness at james gate. I still like it, only 4%.

    The euroshopper one is probably decent too, never had it but these big european "own brands" are normally ok, like lidls brands.

    was in pubs in silkeborg, skanderborg, agerup, jyderup as well as roskilde and obviously aarhus and copenhagen. not touristy pubs either

    but eitherway, its not a bad drink.

    who'll be the first to try the euroshopper beer?
