Does anyone else use UB's online banking? I went into it today to pay a cc bill and the menu's on the left were slightly different. When I found how to pay the cc, it was giving me my balance in £, but it was giving a € balance on the main page.

    Saw that today alright.

Also wouldn't allow me to pay my credit card bill.

They've updated the site, so I'd imagine there are some glitches.

I had no problem paying my cc bill, it was just finding my way around it.

Why fix something that's not broken?! The FAS website is another classic example of this!

I use UB online as well and noticed some of these changes a day or so ago.
I agree, why fix it if it's not broken, especially with what appears to be a less user-friendly site.
I prefer the way it was, it worked well, seemed easier to check recent tranactions, although I'm still adjusting to it.
As has been said, why fix it if it's not broken.
