Heya. I really hope you come out of the end of this towards some kind of life without crutches.

Is this the place near Dun Laoghaoire/Dean's Grange? I've been there before, if that's the one. Supporting a friend in a day clinic, however.

    Hey, thanks for the reply

It's the one in Galway. 3 months seems so long but being rational I know I've wasted so much more than that in the last 3 years, only getting glimpses of happiness when I was not drinking, but always something clicks in my head, the reems of terrible stuff that happened to me and pain caused to those around me are forgotten and I slip again no matter how good things are goin

I'm so tired of it all, just want me and my life back

But frightened what people think of me, will my friends/peers/family ever accept me again or just see me as the alcoholic, and all that silly stuff goin through me head, I know I should be thinking of sorting myself out first but can't stop these thoughts

Oh I hope I can make it work for myself

Go with the suggestions they make - they have lots of experience dealing with people's issues.
