    I made up the recipe below earlier and ended up with 26L in the fermenter with a gravity of 1043, so happy with that:). Ideally I would have used maybe pilsner as the base malt but maris otter it is. I wanted to make this beer more subtle than my usual pale ales so interested to see how it turns out. Its in my fermenting fridge now with the atc-800+ keeping an eye on things:D

    I think pale malt is perfect for this style of beer.

    I was thinking a less malty/rich type malt would suit a blonde ale a bit better but I know Maris Otter will do just fine. Looking forward to drinking this with my corny keg/beer cooler setup in a few weeks:)
