Buying house in tulfarris

    Had look a house in tulfarris, Blessington on grounds of the hotel and golf club, anyone know anything about these houses, to they belong to the hotel?

    Developers built hotels/golfcourses with houses on them to get some tax breaks during the boom, so its quite possible.
    I was told that the hotel is now under NAMA control so it might be worth checking that out also.

    The hotel is definitely a NAMA property, but I don't know about the associated residential development.
