Just having a look at the kit now and it seems as if it would be pretty handy to make your own one rather than paying £15 to buy one. It's certainly a good idea though!

Out of interest D.T, where did you buy your sight right?

getting good reviews on line by pro players but wondering if that is because of advertising deals. Red dragon wont sell this item to customers in Ireland but there is a listed supplier in dublin on Winmau sight.
Some sellers on Amazon will send to Ireland but are looking for about £15 postage, which makes about £30 in total

I'm thinking that way also, always stand dead centre to the board. If I can find cheaper postage (or a girl in a low cut top:)) I might buy just to try it out.

Yep cheers D.T. I'll let you know how I get on with it greened. I do have a problem of moving to the side when going for a double which I'm trying to stop doing so I'm hoping the sight right will be good help to me.

has this helped your throw or is it just an other dust carrier?

i used it once and it showed my throw was dead center so was no use to me, i sold mine to KingP. i think its a good thing to have when your starting off or if you find yourself moving alot when you throw but for me was just another silly buy

Well it turns out that the angle of my arm when I throw the dart means that to have my arm dead straight towards treble 20 bed I have to stand slightly to the left. If I put the sight right directly under the bull and I stand where my eye line tells me to then I am way over to the right hand side which I don't want to be.

What it does do for me though is to make sure I stand in the exact same place every time I go to the oche so it does help with that.

Any more reviews from posters on here about this? Need to get my game sorted out and this sounds like a starting point!

I bought one and just to try it out. However I always stand dead centre to the board so it was no good for me. Saying that some friends tried it who dont stand dead centre and they thought that they saw an initial improvement.
