Does anyone know any way around buying an iPad in the USA and shipping to Ireland as the prices are much cheaper ?

Each apple store foreach country will only ship to that country.

You cannot get a UK iPad shipped to ireland, for example.

Its only cheaper due to exchange rates, and also, don't forget, each state in America has it's own set of sales taxes, so the price you see on the apple website is also going to be + tax for which ever state you purchase it from.

The only way to get an American iPad is to actually go to America and buy it In person from an apple store

People often come on here and think all problems are solved by buying in the States. Unless you are actually in the States, its false economy and fool's gold.
