Just wondering where will tickets be available for the munster vs castres game on nov 19 and when will they be available? Also does anyone know of any tour companies that will be doing packages for this?

Your best option for tickets is probably to get in contact with Castres. Whatever allocation Munster get will go onsale through the clubs and the supporters club and is unlikely to go on general sale.
As for travel agents, Munster run trips through here. It's usually a bit of a rip off though.

I've used Killester travel (munster sports travel) a few times and have found them to be excellent, as cookiemunster says they can be expensive. The DIY alternative can be cumbersome at times and Castres is one of those such locations where there's no easy flights from Munster airports. Killester are also good when looking for tickets for a group as you can all be seated in the same location in the stadium.
