Returning to Boots

I bought a bottle of foundation today in Boots in the Jervis Centre, but when I got home I noticed the seal had already been broken and there was foundation all over the pump. Does anyone know if I'd be able to return it for an exchange/refund?

If you go back to Boots with your receipt and explain they might allow you to exchange or may give you a refund.
