renting a ballroom for a few hours

ok so basically i would like to rent the use of a ballroom or large rooms for a few sunday mornings in the next coming weeks to cater about 30to 45 people for a talk given ,duration will be 4hours,, has anyone any idea how much this will cost me ?? limerick tipperary area any estimations welcome??

Is room only rental or tea/coffee on arrival, sound and vision rental.

Sometimes rooms are provided free if you avail of tea/coffe/biscuits on arrival or catering at lunch time.

As for locations, I've used Ballykisteen (not sure of hotle name now) Kilmurry Lodge, Strand Hotel and the Southcourt and all can deal with number you require.
