At around the age of 21, my hair suddenly turned curly and I grew it out into a Kooks-style mop. I get it cut around 3 times a year, wash and condition in every second day, and that's it as far as maintenance goes. Bad hair days aren't really a problem since it's all messy anyway.

Yes, my hair is medium-long right now (slightly covering ears) and I have to be careful about what I use to wash it, and even how I dry it (walk around the house, don't go outside, don't towel too much).

I don't see why it would only be girls who have bad hair days. Guys care about our appearance as well, and it doesn't make us gay.

the missus made a bit of a booboo when cutting my hair on Monday. It is now rectified but lets just say i won't be in a position to have a bad hair day for a good 4-5 weeks
