    Hi guys,

I was advised to come here and see if anyone could help me.

I'm looking to buy the Toshiba Qismio X775-3DV78 however nowhere I can find sells this in Ireland or the UK for that matter. I've found it in the US but the VAT duty would increase the price a lot. Without this VAT it was costing about $2100 which is more or less E1500 and would be ideal.

If anyone could help me find this laptop at a similar price it would be greatly appreciated! Or if anyone knows any other EU sites where such 3D laptops can be bought.

    Many Thanks, Kyle

Off the top of my head I think I've seen Qosmios in Peats shop on Parnell Street, Dublin.

I doubt its the exact one you are looking for but perhaps its a starting point. I don't imageine the price will be as good as online though..

    Cheers for the tip!

But I can't justify buying a laptop on the high street.. mark up is unreal and they're more often than not older models.. that's the way business is over here..

If anyone knows any idea or foreign sites within the EU, be great!

I may have to fork up an extra 300 odd Euro

i think it would be more than 300e to bring that over, just seen the spec of that now

    a quality machine that.

Well I used Dutycalculator.com and it resulted in 300E ?? But have you had any similar experiences with imports? I've never ordered something so pricey..

I might go for the A665-11Z, but it's a year old, but almost half the price it seems, but seems capable enough?? Sake.

    no idea

i thought 300e was on the cheap side, i would set aside anything of up to 500euro to bring that over

it would cost over 2 grand here id say.!
