HELP !! Macbook screen/display - im an idiot

    Ok, firstly - it was the dog that did it, last night she walked across the laptop as I was sitting on the couch with it on my lap.

    ever since then, the screen moves when you move the trackpad - I dont know how to fix it, I thought it was something simple like the display or screen settings in preferences but I cant seem to find a solution.....can any of you please help ?

    As in you are zoomed in?

    Hold the cmd key and either use 2 fingers down on your trackpad or the down arrow key to zoom back out

    afraid that didnt work (just made the text smaller...ie zoomed out)

    You sure Zoom isn't turned on?

    Click Command+Option+8

    Not on a mac now, try with the ctrl key and arrow down?
