We will be attending UCC and CIT School of Music, both doing Masters (Ecological Asessment and Music Technology) so will definately need a quiet house for study.

Looking for someone similar to share with and find a place between us or if anyone knows of someone with a double room in a suitable house, preferably with a bit of a garden or yard. Oh and parking for 2 would be brilliant too.

Its a bit awkward finding somewhere as I have a dog, a collie cross. Shes medium sized, very friendly, completely housetrained and very well behaved so housemate would have to be an animal lover. Great if youd love a dog but dont want the responsability??? :D
