Brown spot on tongue!

    Hi I am an 18 year old male and I have a light brown spot on my tongue. I used suffer from mouth uclers a lot when I was young but I haven't got one for years. I noticed I had a mouth ucler a few weeks ago and went away. This is on my tongue however and it is not a pimple. It is a painful at times. I have difficulty speaking at times and saying certain words and I find I need to almost shout at times to say certain things.

    Go to your doctor ASAP. I'd doubt anyone here will be able to give you sound advice. Could be anything.
