Would you think of wearing a deep wine patent shoe?

I love that dress, I've been admiring it for ages :)
I think these shoes would be lovely with it http://ie2.schuh.co.uk/womens-multi-schuh-france-tube-slingback/1125229970

Course you may think they're hideous, but its just my two cents :) not sure if theyr in store yet but theres a schuh on shop street..

My only concern is that it is quite a short dress for a wedding. However, the suggestion of deep wine shoes sounds great - especially as we're heading towards late summer.

Something in my head is telling me to avoid jewel colours (I don't think they'll work with that dress) and instead go for harvest colours.

    Enjoy the day.

yes i was worried about it being short when i first saw it on the hanger, but when i tried it on it was grand (i'm five foot nothing)

Its a cute dress that i can wear again, i'm not into the karen millen/coast dresses, nothing against them but i dont have the money and i know it would be gathering dust at the back of my wardrobe!

I do have a dilemma tho, it's backless and sheer on the sides. Im a dd cup so those plastic stick on bra's aint going keep anything up and i wont be comfortable knowing my girls aren't secure, so fingers crossed the lingerie shop has a miracle cure for me when i go in next week :o

thanks for the replies ladies :)
