My parents having trouble with a couple of weeks. They rang up and were told an engineer would call Friday and fee is 100 euro. do u think if they call back and say no thanks to engineer as they cannot afford it that sky will do anything? How about saying they wish to cancel subscription?

Ring sky and tell them you can't afford to pay for it because you lost your job. They'll give you a free call
