Building Services Engineer Looking for Post Grad Course

I graduated as a Building Services Engineering from DIT about a year ago and have been looking for a job ever since. I havn't had any luck so I'm thinking the best thing to do now is to do a post grad course, as job prospects aren't looking good so don't want to waste another year.

I've been looking at a few post grad courses and still not sure what to do. I have always been interested in IT and think it might be a good area to get into as there seems to be plenty of jobs in it at the moment so was considering either MSc in Applied Computing for Technologists DT090A or MSc in Engineering Computation DT090E. They seem like very similar courses as many of the modules are the same, just wondering if anyone has any experience with these and would I be in a good position to find a job in the IT industry when I finish?

I was also looking at an MSc in Energy Management DT711 or ME in Sustainable Electrical Energy Systems DT704, anyone have any experience with these courses?

I graduated 7 years ago in Building Services.
i did the MSc Energy Management course part time. it was a reasonable course but i found it to be technically weak.
I havent had any job success in that industry as of yet.

I am looking into doing a MSc in Building Surveying in the uk, there are several distance learning or part time courses available. The career is described as being a "building doctor" and from talking to lecturers on the courses a services background is a great help.
