UPC box won't record

    Hi.
    I have UPC Digital +. All was working fine up until a recent upgrade a few weeks ago. If I press record via the pop up TV Guide when watching a programme, the red clock will show and it seems all is ok. However when the programme actually starts it won't record it and the red clock disappears.
    Not sure if I described that well, but is anyone else having the same issue?

    Had the same issue, was fine up to the upgrade then shortly afterwards started having problems recording. Service guy was in today, hard disc crashed and we needed a new box. . .lost the stuff we had stored on it :(

    I'd call Customer Care, they will try sending a fix down the line, if that doesn't work you will probably need a new box.
