USB Ports not working

Have a toshiba laptop, usb ports were working fine and now they are not. I took a pic of device manager, i clicked update but said the latest driver is installed.. even though there is warning yellow icon on two of them? Heres the pic. Uninstall then reinstall, sounds like the driver has become corrupted.
