At the top of this forum there's a parts and retailers sticky with a few Irish wheel sites on it. I've never ordered wheels online but I'm sure there'll be people along soon that can vouch for some of em :)

you could get a good deal on the likes of donedeal or you could try route66 or something similar.

any particular ones you're looking for/budget etc..,

all depends on what your after.

if ya want Rotas look up Pro Parts in Blanchardstown, they do more of a JDM style selection though

STR do some nice replicas that would look great on a golf, East Coat Alloys in Ardee or MCG Autostyling in Kells are the people to go to...

if you wanna get your wallet raped and end up with wheels that are tacky and so heavy the drive your fuel bill up go to Halfords

Stay well clear from that crowd, I know plenty of people, myself included that have had major problems with alloys and tyres bought from that place. I got brand new alloys from him a few weeks back, they looked the part until I went to drive my car down the road, car was all over the place.
Went back to the shop and they said my car needed tracking  my car drove there perfect that same day on my old wheels. I wasn't having it and asked for my money back and my old wheels back on, got told all he could do would be to track the car or he would buy the wheels back off me but at a secondhand price  They tracked the car, no different, still all over the place.

So that same day I took it to another tyre place they checked my car out, tracking all fine, they then checked the alloys and found that they could only balance two of them, the other two were "completely unbalanceable" and were knackered.
I went back to East Coast with the alloys looking for my money back, asked to speak to the owner, he came out and I told him the problem and gave him a print out from the tyre place I went to. His reply to that was that I must of buckled the alloys on my way to the other tyre shop

Got my money back the next day but that was only after I said I was getting a solicitor.

Generally, top quality and value for money are unfortunately mutually exclusive (by that I mean the likes of BBS are top quality, but can hardly be described as good value). Alloy-wheels.ie do stock decent replicas if thats what you're after, but they do genuine BBS wheels as well - depends on how much you want to spend.

Pro-Parts.ie have a good selection of replica wheels as well.

I bought 17" alloys and tyres off these lads over the phone some years back. Got them delivered down by courier.

Great alloys and great price. Fitted perfect, no probs with correct offset, PCD, spigot rings etc. No messing ;)

Demon Tweeks seem to be the cheapest out of all the places I've checked, I'm getting some 17" Team Dynamics pro race 1.2's and winter tyres for my Burg soon and that place couldn't be beaten on price or availability.
