    Hey,

Couple of questions, I'm jumping ship back to sky from UPC. I currently have two extra boxes with UPC and want to replace one if them with a sky magic eye.

UPC have wires running between the two rooms I want to use te sky magic eye.

Can I run an rf signal between these for this ? The wire runs from the boxes in the house to the UPC wall unit, then outside the house via thick black wires, then back in the same way ( with UPC wall box and coax).

Are all of these wires standard coax? Will they let ne hook a sky eye at one end to the tv At the other?

Have you tried using the sky equipment to get free sat. Basically you take the cards out of the sky box and will recieve lord of channels for free

No I dont mind keeping sky, freesat doesnt have all the channels i'd watch.

Just looking to know if the rf signla would travel through the wires that were there. Would save alot of hassle in running wires.

    In theory, yes.

Could you do a schematic of what is going where - a splitter will be required...probably at the external point
