Mature Students House Share (DCU)

Just putting this out there to see if there was anyone who was interesting in house sharing? Ideally mature students going to DCU (so the house can be as close as possible) but not essential.

Figured it would be much easier securing a place if we had 4 and were looking at a place renting for 1400-1600pm. Get a better deal etc. Hope to get a place sorted before the leaving cert results are out, cao offers are made. Not sure how true this is but heard landlords put their prices up once the offers are out. Obviously they have to sit on the fence at the minute so we have an advantage.

I was wondering, Have you found any accommodation yet? I am starting my masters in DCU.
