    hope someone can help me.

bought a sony phone 2 months ago. after about 6 weeks it started acting up. it kept dropping signal and you would have to manually select it again.

took it back and they sent it off for repairs. i got it back yesterday and it started acting up again last night. took it back again today and they sent it off again.

how many times can they send it for repairs before i can look for a new one or my money back??

Are repairs are to be permanent. Tell them this in writing and that you want another form of redress either replacement or refund.
