Pretty simple, what do you hope your team manages to do in Free Agency and the upcoming preseason? Just wanted to see what other people would like their teams to do...
    As for myself:

    Broncos:
Transactions: Deangelo Williams, Brandon Mebane, Jerome Harrison, Lawrence Vickers, Cullen Jenkins, Orton traded for good value

    Preseason:
Rookies bedding in well, good performances. Most importantly though, Tebow settling in and making the QB job his own. Don't care about the results as long as the signs are promising

    Chargers

Transactions - Re-sign Weddle (done), Clary (done), Burnett (looking dodgy), Cesaire, Barnes, Floyd (looks a goner), Volek and Hughes.

The rest can go jump, already we've cut Tucker, Buster, Applewhite and Coop.

Preseason - get the LB corps sorted. We've just signed Takeo Spikes from the Niners. We could have 2 new ILBs and maybe even a new OLB in the 3-4. The guy to play alongside Spikes could be a rookie i.e. Mouton or 2nd year Butler. Sproles likely gone so we have to find a new return man, not sure if it is Goodman who showed some flashes last yr. The O line is set, looking forward to seeing Mathews 100% healthy and firing on all cylinders.

    Colts

    Needs

    Resigning Peyton Manning

Offensive line: Tony Ugoh has been an almighty bust.Charlie Johnson is more suited to Guard.
Logan Mankins or Matt Light would be a dream acquisition here.
Then again when was the last time the Colts spend any serious $$ on a top quality Free agent.

Defensive Line: For the love of god, will the Colts front office please go for a big body like Pat Williams to try and stop the run.
Freeney/Mathis and fast linebackers like,Brackett, Session(Free Agent aswell) and co,are all very well and good, but we play in a division with Arian Foster, MJD and Chris Johnson(3 of the top 8 Running backs in the league). Stopping the run, which the Colts havent done consistently in years is Key.

    Cornerback:
Unlike the Safety position, where Melvin Bullet whom is a good strong safety has just resigned and Antoine Bethea is one of the best free safeties in the league,
Cornerback is a big time weakness.

    Team 49ers

    Free Agency:

Priority 1. Corner Back, preferably you know who. I actually thought they may have signed Jospeh but he's now gone to the texans. Having already released Clements, they will be in a bit of a bind if they don't manage to land Asomugha.

As the guy over at ninersnation.com states "Without Nate Clements we really have no options other than Shawntae Spencer, Tarrel Brown and Chris Culliver. That scares me. "

    2. Centre. Needed a centre Olin Kreutz signed.

    3. David Akers brought in to replace Kaeding

    4. Could possibly do with a wideout, as crabtree is injured. Again. Will miss his 3rd preseason on the bounce.

Hopefully Gore will come crawling back without the 49ers needing to redo his contract.

It will be interesting to see how Colin Kaepernick goes in training camp. He seems to making all the right noises and I think he will be the starter before the year is out, not sure if this is a good thing or not though.

Finally Frank GOre needs to get his

Kaeding???. He is our kicker and is affectionately known as 'wide left'.

Get rid of him at Playoffs time.

Tony Ugoh isn't with the Colts anymore. He was signed by the Lions during the tail end of last season when cover was needed at the right tackle position.
Can't see him surviving the roster cuts when they arrive though, so he could be without a team when season gets going.
