How do you guys do it?

What is the best way to cook them in a microwave? I hate bringing a pot to the boil!

I popped them in a microwaveable container before with a tea spoon of water and covered the container and they turned out ok!

Also, what is the cooking stages like for them. Do they start crunchy and the more you cook the the soggier they become or is it vice versa?

I want nice crunchy beans :D

get water that's a salty as sea water, usually 3 tablespoons of salt to a liter. bring to a rolling boil. blanch your beans for a minute. refresh in iced water.job done
