Meteor Broadband To Go won't work with separate Mac User profiles

    I'm a Mac user. Currently my wife and I share an iBook G4 running OSX 10.4.

    We have separate User accounts/profiles on the same machine. The Meteor Broadband To Go software is installed in/on my wife's User profile - where it works fine.

    However, it is not accessible (won't launch/open) when I login via my User profile on the same machine, AND I don't seem to be able to install the Broadband To Go software again (separately) in/on my profile once it has already been installed in/on my wife's profile.

    Needless to remark, Meteor's Mobile Broadband device/stick is currently useless when I login to my User profile on our iBook G4. We have separate email accounts linked to our separate User profiles and I can't even send or receive emails - this is ridiculous!

    Would greatly appreciate any advice regarding how to resolve this problem.
