    Hi

I have a second interview coming up soon for a secetarial job in a local place so cant do much research on them.

What kind of questions etc are asked in a second interview? The first interview was alot more formal than I thought it would be( three interviewing me) with the usual questions strengths weaknesses etc.

what can I expect in a second interview?

I know its not a big job opportunity but would appreciate any advice and help and I really need the job!!

Hi, Have you been asked about what you would bring to the role etc?
Why you want to work for them? What motivates you? Your interests?
What kind of worker are you, ie leader, motivator, follow instructions? Have they asked you to describe yourself in a few words, ie responsible, timely, trust worthy etc...........
Second interviews are usually much more in detail, they drill down into your talents and strengths etc in more detail.
Have some questions to ask them, it shows that you can think on your feet even if you've thought of them before.
Your Q is a bit vague but hope this helps.
Most important is to over come nerves, be confident and clear in your answers.

    thanks sarah_george for your reply

in the first interview they did ask me what i would bring to the role, why i wanted to work for them, describe myself etc and focused alot on my previous work experience and challenges in that also gave me a few scenario situations and asked how i would deal with each situation so I am a bit stumped as to what they will be asking in the second interview.

have you any examples of general questions i could ask them? its just for a basic office secretary job

Hi sorry for late reply!! I was at the races last week:)
I presume youve had the interview? if not...
Well they have asked you all the questions in a first interview I have really ever been asked.. They just want to dig deeper into what you are like as a worker etc, look on their website, press releases, brochures etc so you get a feel for the business, usually when I did that I came across a few things I asked them to clarify, they like that you've done research!
    Hopefully it goes/went well!!
