Aerobars and bar tape + brake cable routing.

Hi all, The bars are these The brake levers these You can actually see on the photo of brake levers how far the bar tape goes. Should I do the same on the Pro-Lite bars ? They have different shape and I'm just not sure how to do this. And If I just wrap the side "horns", how do I route the cable for the brake ? Thanks
