Rebuild costs in Kildare

Anyone have any idea where I can find out what the rebuild costs for a home in Kildare are? I've looked around the web and can only find figures for Dublin, Cork, Galway and Waterford. Trying to get the home insurance premium down. I'm with Allianz and they have a calculator on their website, but surprise surprise, they…

Anyone have any idea where I can find out what the rebuild costs for a home in Kildare are? I've looked around the web and can only find figures for Dublin, Cork, Galway and Waterford. Trying to get the home insurance premium down.
I'm with Allianz and they have a calculator on their website, but surprise surprise, they calculate the cost as being higher than the Chartered Surveyors site say the cost should be for Dublin.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
