Accelerating problem in 2nd

    Hey lads, hopefully someone will know the root of this problem. The last few days whenever I'm accelerating from traffic lights etc and I go into 2nd, there's a second where the power drops and then comes right back. Limited power for a like a second and then all is normal right the way up through the gears. Any ideas? It's a 1.8 astra h

    Possible. At first I thought it was my egr clogged up but I don't think this engine has one. There is no high revving suggesting a slipping clutch either
