Running an App only cashback if 2nd in any race at Goodwood or Galway.
Max refund is €25/£25  and you have to strain the eyes to see the max.
This has to be the meanest Money back ever, 25 max per race what a joke.
Ruins all the good work someone did by thinking it up to go with a 25 max refund.
Would turn me off even having a bet with them if the refund was only that amount.
Then they go and advertise a massive €100,000 giveaway each day if you can name 7 winners at Galway.
Most people couldn't name 2 winners, let alone 7.
Suppose to be free entry but it seems you have to buy a copy of the racing post (2.50) and hand in a voucher from it.
100k if you are the only winner or split if more than 1 person with 7 winners .
If nobody has 7 winners, a 1,000 prize fund is given to the person with the highest number of winners after that, not even close to 100k.
Yet another special that isn't all it seems .

Some people are never happy, it's €25 back if your horse is 2nd, how bad. And lol at the most people couldn't name 2 nevermind 7, they're a bookies not St Vincent DePaul.

No specials anywhere are all they seem, including "enhanced trebles" which are still geared up lose you money longterm. Stay away.

Don't forget that the bookies want small time players, just betting recreationally. Paddy Power have built an empire on those.

But so what? It's €25 more than you'd get otherwise! Don't forget Hills are doing this as well through the Racing Post app for max €50, money back as a free bet tomorrow.

I have my €75 on Frankel today, 95% chance of at least getting my stake back :)

It's a good offer but a brutal stake refund.
Sure they are not in it for the punters but when was the last time you saw a cashback of €/£25 per customer?
They also do lunchtime/tea time special prices for max stake of €50 per customer.
Ladbrokes will do at least 100 on their "odd" specials. Paddys will do sometimes 500 depending on what it is.
Sounds great but when you check the T&C's, their offers are poor.
    Just my opinion.

4 people shared the payout yesterday, they each got the massive amount of €250 each.
    Total prize fund of €1,000.
Must have got more than that off the RP in commission :(.

tell you what it is 3500 what it is i complained he area manager said he would give me 100 euro free bet they knew they were in wrong

I don't really want to get into it to be honest but bets are accepted subject to their rules, if you are late they don't payout, they might do for a good customer when it's a small few quid, if it's €3000 they'll do everything they can not to really, hardly surprising.

If you're having €500 on you should be putting the bet on with a few mins to spare anyway.

it's hardly surprising really but they shouldn't have taken the bet
i've no time for boyles personally but it's mostly been online i've had
    problems with them

i dare say if i was betting that amount i wouldn't be doing so
after they've jumped a few fences though
if i got a bet on and honoured 40 seconds into the grand national
    i'd be amazed these days

Don't they do betting in running, if they did the bet would have been in time or am I missing something?

In one of my local bookies two of the staff were sacked for collecting all the beaten dockets from the floor and the bins and "refunding" all the late bets to themselves. That's probably why you never hear of anyone in the bookies being called over by the clerk and given a refund because his bet was after time.
As someone said earlier, they don't want 500 euro punters. They make the money on the small bets.
